Exercise Class

Exercise class meets in the Hall every Tuesday from 5pm.

It lasts for about an hour. Jenny Fotheringham very generously donates her time and expertise to lead us through a fun-filled workout. She varies the styles so it is never boring and we try new things.

 

The music is lively and keeps the rhythm for us to follow. We warm up, we cool down and with appropriate stretches we are not left feeling stiff or sore the next day.

Everyone is welcome - bring a mat for floor work and $2.
