Easy Coconut Jam Drops

Made by Sophia at the Produce Hub as a fundraiser for her favourite charity, Aussie Ark. She has nearly reached her goal of $150. You can come along to a Produce Hub on Thursday mornings from 9.30am at the Tennis Shelter and buy some locally made treats.


Ingredients: 

395g tin condensed milk

250g desiccated coconut

1 cup jam (your favourite)

1 tsp vanilla essence 


Method:

  • Preheat oven to 180c

  • Mix condensed milk, coconut and vanilla essence together

  • Wet hands first then scoop 1tbs of mixture and roll into balls. Place onto baking tray

  • Indent with thumb or back of spoon and fill with jam

  • Cook for 10mins or until starting to brown

  • Enjoy and share with friends
