This year we are so excited to announce some new things that are happening for our annual Art Show. Not only will we be displaying a gorgeous selection of works by artists from all over the region as selected by our panel of judges from our local art group, but we are introducing a new prize!

The People's Choice Winner (as voted on the day and in the lead-up using the online showcase) will win a fully funded, pre-booked solo exhibition at The Edge Gallery in Taree. 

Submissions are open to all artists of all regions and mediums so long as you can hand-deliver the works to the hall for exhibition. 

Keeping with the tradition of the Annual Art Show, the Art Group Showcase will be on display. 

All art will be available for sale and can be browsed online in advance of the exhibition and for purchase on the day.

Annual Art Show at Day In The Country

Art Show Submission Form

Fill in the form below to express your interest in being exhibited at the Day in The Country Art Show. 

Your submission will be reviewed by the committee and if approved we will contact you with the next steps. If your submission is not successful we will let you know. This may take several weeks so we thank you for your patience. 

The information provided in this form will be used in our promotion of the event on our social media, in any print or digital marketing for the event, and included in the online showcase/digital gallery of the event. Works submitted will be for sale and if you are willing to contribute a work or a voucher for a commission for the raffle prizes please specify when you complete the form.

We would like to in particular encourage local artists to apply.


Please note: the local Art Group showcase space means all members of the local Art Group will be included automatically, however it would be very helpful for them to provide submissions as well for inclusion in our online showcase, to help with promotion of the event, and to be included on the catalogue. If they choose not to complete the form or send details in advance of the event they will not be able to be included on the catalogue or any digital showcase but will still have a spot for display during the event.

Day in the Country Art Show will add a 15% commission on all artworks sold in the exhibition. Proceeds will go towards the KCA and Hall Fundraising efforts.
